Marcia Dall and Kate Terry have been elected to the board of directors of Skyward Specialty Insurance Group Inc. with immediate effect.

With more than 20 years of leadership and consulting expertise in the insurance sector, Terry is the co-founder and COO of Surround Group Inc., a property and liability (P&C) insurance company.
She has previously worked as a top executive and leader for a number of years at many insurance businesses, including Progressive Insurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Meanwhile, Dall began her career more than 35 years ago and has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Churchill Downs Incorporated since 2015.

She was executive vice president and CFO at Erie Indemnity Company for six years and served as CFO for the Healthcare division at CIGNA Corp.
Prior to joining CIGNA, she was a corporate officer and CFO for the International and US Mortgage Insurance segments of Genworth Financial Inc.
