Riverstone International has appointed a new group head of legal and company secretary in Mike Cain.
Cain is leaving Aspen, where he served as general attorney, company secretary, and CEO of their Bermuda platform, among other key positions.

RiverStone International’s CEO, Luke Tanzer, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Mike to our company. He has a wealth of market knowledge and will play a key role in the creation of our group’s corporate governance strategy and the realization of our long-term goals for worldwide expansion.
In 2007, Cain was appointed COO of Benfield Advising, where he was in charge of giving the company advisory and M&A assistance.
