ReSource Pro Purchases Software Solutions Firm, MIS Insurance Services

ReSource Pro, a provider of business process solutions for the insurance sector, has acquired MIS Insurance Services LLC, a provider of software solutions for the commercial property and casualty (P&C) insurance market. MIS Insurance Services LLC offers an integrated suite of web-based services to the P&C insurance market.

A deal was finalized on October 14, 2022. In the transaction, MIS received advice from RVR Consulting Group.

The addition of MIS is one of a number of recent acquisitions made by ReSource Pro as part of its drive to broaden its services and potential for underwriting firms while also cutting down on the time and effort needed to launch new programs.

Additionally, it has been confirmed that MIS President, Kris George will continue to lead the MIS team as managing director with ReSource Pro, joined by MIS’s current staff based in the company’s Maitland, Florida office.

“This acquisition provides MIS with the ability to expand our reach through ReSource Pro’s established and growing network of carriers, MGAs, and program administrators,” said George.
