Gallagher Re Appoints Linda Johnson As Vice Chairperson for North America
Gallagher, a worldwide reinsurance broker Linda Johnson has been reappointed to the position of vice chair of the company’s North American division.
Johnson’s new position calls for her to seek out and cultivate prospects in the New York and Minneapolis areas for the company’s big liability and structured reinsurance solutions throughout North America.

In addition, she will be instrumental in regional initiatives to attract and retain top personnel. The Chairman of Gallagher Re North America, Tom Wafer, will be Johnson’s superior.
Johnson joins Gallagher Re with extensive experience and insight gained over the course of his 30-year career.
She worked with TigerRisk Partners for 15 years, first as an associate, then as a partner, and finally as the head of the company’s Global Legacy Solutions Practice.

Prior to her tenure at TigerRisk, Johnson held a senior executive position with Aon Benfield.
