Flutterwave, a leading financial startup in Nigeria, reported hiring 200 trainees for its first graduate trainee program. This comes after the business was accused of money laundering in Kenya, which it has denied, and of harassing employees in Nigeria.

In a statement, the company stated that it intends to develop the trainees by exposing them to its solutions and products, enhancing their technical and soft skills, and providing them with work experience.
The initiative was created by the company’s new Chief of People and Culture, Mansi Babyloni, who the corporation said received 11,000 applications for it.
