Berger Paints Names Aruoture COO For Increased Efficiency
Berger Paints has hired Mr. Celestine Aruoture as its Chief Operating Officer in order to position its company for more efficiency (COO).

According to a statement from the paint manufacturer, the appointee is a registered engineer with the Council for the Registration of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the International Facility Management Association, and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
He graduated from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He proceeded to the University of Lagos (UNILAG) for a Master of Facilities Management degree and then to the University of South Wales (UK) for a Master of Business. He also holds certification in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers State University (US) and Data Analytics from Google.

In the statement, Berger Paints said Mr Aruoture has experience in Strategy Development, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Building Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Business Continuity Management & Operational Efficiency.

Before his appointment, he was the Head of Facilities Management at Union Bank of Nigeria Limited. He had also served as the Regional Facilities Manager of the bank as well.
Prior to this, he had served as General Services Manager and, subsequently, Area General Services Manager at First Bank of Nigeria Limited.
