Morena Dell’Aglio has been appointed by Aon as the worldwide sales leader for technology within its growing Strategy and Technology Group.

According to the company, Dell’Aglio will be in charge of promoting client awareness and innovation across a variety of technological offerings, including Tyche, ReMetrica, and PathWise.
According to Aon, she will also act as a vital conduit between customers and product teams, ensuring that it is creating the tools the insurance sector needs to make better business strategy decisions while lowering operational costs, fostering resilience, and navigating volatility.
Collectively, Dell’Aglio holds more than 20 years of experience in technology sales, 12 of which were focused on the insurance industry.

She was previously the technology sales leader for the EMEA ICT business within Willis Towers Watson, and global technology customer relationship manager at Generali and Zurich.
Dell’Aglio will be based in Milan, Italy, and will report to Strategy and Technology Group Chief Executive Officer Colin Forrest.
