Nuest, who formerly worked for carrier, retailer, and insurtech startup Nirvana Insurance, has over ten years of experience in the transportation insurance sector. She is skilled in marketing, sales production, building relationships with clients, and loss prevention.
She was recognized by Women in Trucking in 2018 as a Top Woman to Watch in Transportation. Several business channels, including MCIEF, TruckTalk, and Freight Waves, have featured her expert opinions.

In the new role at Amwins, Nuest will be responsible for managing key business initiatives working alongside all divisions, and coordinating with other practice leaders to meet the coverage needs of Amwins’ Transportation clients.
In addition, she will focus on executing strategic business and leadership objectives while partnering with retailers, developing key market relationships, and overseeing sector growth and expansion.
